Q. How long will treatment take?

This depends on many factors which Sue will discuss with you, & also on what you want to achieve. Homeopathy works by stimulating a natural self-healing process, so clearly this may not always be the quick fix that modern society leads us to expect. If it took you some time to get ill, it may also take some time to get well! However there would normally be some degree of progress at an early stage in treatment & Sue will work hard to achieve this.

Sue finds that nearly all patients who persevere with treatment for at least 3 appointments will report clear benefits, & encourages patient to give treatment a fair chance by committing to 3 appointments initially, & allowing up to 6 months to achieve lasting progress with most complaints.

There will always be exceptions to any guidelines, with some patients getting well very quickly & some requiring a much longer course of treatment, but Sue encourages a frank dialogue at all stages of treatment, so as to be clear about what patients are trying to achieve & what is feasible.
